Dear Brother and Sister Cooper
My name is Ken Allen. I am the bishop of the Taft Canyon Ward in Fort Collins, Colorado. Your son is currently serving in our ward. I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how impressed I am with your son. Elder Cooper is very studious and has learned how to be an effective teacher.
